Ms White is the bad girl in the West End Precinct. She serves up the coldest craft beer and the most authentic pizza in the city. She’ll even let you take her home with you.
Proud bar owner, Cohen Baird has been in the business of beer for many years. It’s his second love. (His first is his dear wife Lara of course). Cohen spent 4 years living in Wellington – 3 years of that was spent setting up the Black Dog Brewery. After returning to New Plymouth he spotted an opportunity in the market to better serve the town’s craft beer drinkers, and so has since made it his mission to share his passion for craft beer with the good folk of New Plymouth.
Strategy Collective worked closely with Lara and Cohen to create a literal brand personality for this corner of the White Hart Courtyard. Ms White was inspired by the legendary White Hart himself. She has attitude, she can be bad-ass, as well as a flirt. Remember, the White Hart was once home to the Magog’s MC – so Ms White needed to be able to stand up for herself.
