This package will be available for small-to-medium enterprises whose businesses have been substantially impacted by COVID-19.

• Have fewer than 50 employees
• Be GST registered in NZ
• Operate in a commercial environment
• Are a privately owned business or corporation under Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993 or similar organisation managing Maori assets under multiple ownership
