Tracey and Charlotte are both Certified Transformational Coaches, accredited via the International Coaching Federation and have developed a leadership programme so you can become the leader you wish you had. 

Taking the time to learn effective leadership skills can be the difference between being a leader by title, and becoming a leader that really makes a positive impact in an organisation. Charlotte and Tracey have created a unique Leadership Development Programme designed to bring out the best in anyone who manages people. Whether you want to grow as a business owner, or want to up-skill your management team, investing in leadership development will contribute significantly to the overall performance of your organisation.

Our Programme is a full immersion, self-discovery journey where you will learn the skills required to lead yourself, and others. Work on your vision, learn about different leadership styles, and understand the impact your leadership has on those in your care. One to one coaching is weaved throughout the journey to maximise the learning and focus on individual goals.

Course Outcomes.

At the completion of our Leadership Programme, you will have developed, and be nurturing your own critical leadership skills and style, in turn allowing you to lead competently, and with confidence.

Our programme is a deeply personal experience, and outcomes will vary per individual. You can be assured that the journey will cover all of the key learnings in leadership, and with your own sense of style, come the theories and fundamentals to enable your success.
