Charlotte is passionate about all things People & Culture related. She has more than a decade of proven commercial experience in human resources and business consulting. She is a true HR Generalist with expertise in all aspects of strategic HR advice and consulting.
Charlotte is a strategic thinker, able to analyse information and quickly focus on what will give her clients the greatest commercial impact and return on investment — while ensuring that employees are happily engaged within the business. Charlotte has worked with a diverse portfolio of local and national clients across multiple industries including oil & gas, government, legal, medical, construction, trades and retail, real estate, hospitality, insurance, and veterinary.
Charlotte is at her happiest spending time with her family and friends. In her down time, you’ll find her with her young family, exploring all that Taranaki has to offer, and travelling nationally and abroad (budget and boarders willing!). Charlotte also has a love for food and beverage, with an appreciation for all things hospo and you can find her socialising with friends in many of the beautiful establishments across our region.
