Sales and Account Executive Liana brings a wealth of knowledge to the Strategy Collective team, with a core focus on representing, promoting, and managing a portfolio of small to medium sized business across Hart, our easy-to-use online HRIS software platform developed, built and backed by the People and Culture team.  A complete wraparound of all your HR and Health and Safety needs, covering the entire employee lifecycle.

Liana has been in sales and account management for over 8 years and believes nurturing and building strong relationships with her clients is key to achieving great results. She enjoys engaging with businesses, listening to really understand what it is that’s important to them, then finding solutions.

Having recently moved back from Auckland after 16 years of being away from New Plymouth she is happy to be living in one of the most stunning places in New Zealand.

When she isn’t busy working on Hart at Strategy Collective , she likes to spend quality time with friends and family. She enjoys playing and going on outdoor adventures with her toddler and doesn’t mind a good beverage on the weekends while watching the beautiful sunsets that Taranaki has to offer.
