As Strategy Collective’s People & Culture Administrator, Nic supports the team as well as our external clients.
Born and bred in New Plymouth she headed overseas, working as a vet nurse and going on Animal Welfare missions, before the wild West Coast drew her home.
She joined Ozone Coffee Roasters and had many roles working in dispatch, customer relations, barista training, accounts management, events and People & Culture. In 2017, Nic followed her passion and earnt a Certificate in HR Operations. She became Ozone’s People & Culture Coordinator, leading the recruitment project for their Auckland site and worked alongside her UK-based manager on global projects.
Nic is on the board for South Pacific Animal Welfare, using her vet nurse experience to help others. She also finds time to enjoy pottery and go on adventures with her little boy. Having finished the 2021 100km Oxfam Trail Walk, it’s fair to say she enjoys getting out for a good stroll!
