Tracey brings to Strategy Collective more than 10 years experience in the HR field. During this time, she has worked with an array of National and International businesses to facilitate solutions, build people capability, improve engagement, and drive overall business performance.

Tracey’s drive for success and ability to adapt in any environment has led to her extensive experience working across both public and private sectors; including but not limited to, Oil and Gas, Local Government, and Health and Education. With a strong skill set in executive recruitment, workshop facilitation and one on one coaching, Tracey is passionate about seeing people succeed in every aspect of their lives.

In her spare time, you’ll find her exploring the great outdoors – from the ocean to the mountain, and everywhere in between. Tracey is at her happiest when she’s out discovering the unknown and pushing herself out of her comfort zone.
