The Novotel Hotel wanted to showcase their food and beverage offering from the talented team at Haukai Bistro & Bar.

Led by Executive Chef Richard Ponder, he and his team are renowned for creating dishes that highlight regional cuisine with the best local produce from the Taranaki region. Their food philosophy is based on freshness and sourcing ingredients as locally as possible.

Our task was simple: to create a feature-length video to showcase the experience.

By demonstrating that every element on your plate at Haukai has its own story, we wanted to portray the clear connection back to the land, sea and producers, alongside the team preparing kai for guests and whānau while dining at Haukai Bistro & Bar.
