Jo Taylor and Natasha Viliamu’s business, Lend Mortgages and Insurance, is an efficient, helpful and friendly service that local New Plymouth people can utilise to make their property ownership dreams come true.
The dynamic pair and their support team engaged Strategy Collective to assist them in launching this new venture by establishing a brand identity, digital strategy and ongoing marketing tactics.
Working with a start-up and having only a short time-line to launch meant Strategy Collective had to be nimble, agile and able to demonstrate that our work would have a great return on investment.
The “Lend” brand came to life — a perfect representation of Jo and Natasha and the points of difference that their business brings to the space. Lend’s identity is sophisticated, feminine, simple and clean.
With brand guidelines sorted, it was time to produce the stationery requirements, exterior signage and car branding.
Next, we developed their digital strategy which included Lend’s website (created by us) and their presence on social media platforms (us again!).
Financial content is often overwhelming, and the digital strategy objective was to ensure potential customers could understand the services that Lend offer and easily contact the team with any questions.
Our digital marketing included a social media brand launch, targeted social media campaigns, google search and display adverts, setup of Google My Business and analytic tools.
The immediate results? 60+ enquiry conversions, more than 1,000 followers across social media and 1,700 unique website users.
