Meat & Liquor was a brand designed to keep it simple and do things well.
This business specialised in prime cuts of meat from sustainable farms which were carefully considered for flavour, texture and agricultural practices and they paired this with high quality liquor, no frills.
Strategy Collective created a strong, moody personality to compliment the physical space, along with food and staff photography to showcase the talented chefs and high-quality produce.
The brand elements of meat + liquor have now morphed with Frederic’s – an iconic gastro pub in New Plymouth.
