The Project
During a particularly busy hiring time recently, TSB needed extra help to move quickly with appointing the right, high-calibre people into critical roles and ensuring they would be a great team fit within the TSB whānau.
Requiring specialist expertise in the people and talent space, TSB identified and engaged Strategy Collective to partner with its recruitment team. We provided TSB with assistance in leading executive searches for talent, writing job adverts, screening applications, interviewing, and supporting the onboarding process.
Strategy Collective also supported the implementation and integration of improved digital recruitment tools and platforms to future-proof TSB’s recruitment capability.
